Caitlin previously graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a business degree in finance and management and joined the team in 2012. She can commonly be found at the desk helping to figure out a way to best help you and your pets. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time outside – especially in the snow – snowboarding or skiing.

Tiffany’s love for animals began at an early age and she always knew she would find herself in an animal centered career. She entered the veterinary field in 2015, and then joined the DVA team in 2017. Her favorite areas of interest are animal behavior and fear-free techniques with her goal being to always ensure comfort and quality care. When not at work she enjoys being outdoors, travelling and reading.

Elaina is the surgical supervisor for both our general practice and our board certified specialist. She joined our team in 2016 with a degree in animal science from Mount Ida College and enjoys anesthesia, anything orthopedic related and working with shy or nervous pets! During her down time she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies.

Karissa joined us in 2021 while in school at New England institute of technology and has since graduated with a degree in veterinary technology. As our lead technician she enjoys surgery, fear-free techniques and strives to provide comfort to your pets! When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, being outside and gaming.

Bonnie has been here since the beginning, joining the team in 1997. She has worked in multiple areas of the hospital and landed into her inventory manager role. She has completed the Human Resources module on Veterinary Management at Purdue University and completed the AAHA Veterinary Management Institute program in Denver, Colorado. She continues her education with various courses, lectures and seminars on veterinary medicine, human resources, and veterinary business management.

Lisa joined our team in 2007 bringing along over 10 years of experience. As our team’s overnight ward nurse she cares for your pets post-operatively and has a special interest in pain management. When not working you can find her making art or working at haunted mansions during the fall months.

Marie is a tenured staff member starting with us in 2003 and has found herself taking care of your pets in many areas of the hospital. She attended Norfolk agricultural high school and went on to study veterinary technology at both Becker College and Mount Ida College. During her off time you can find her traveling and camping with her family.

Andy came to us in 2021 bringing an abundance of experience. Previously graduating from Mount Ida College he enjoys the surgical side of veterinary medicine. When not working he enjoys running and participating in races!

Nadia previously studied at the University of New Hampshire and came to us in 2025. While she has a special interest in feline care she comes with experience regarding behavioral concerns and can be frequently found helping clients address these concerns. When not in the office she enjoys live music, traveling or reading a good book!

Juliana came to us in 2023 with a large amount of experience, both within and outside of the United States. She continuously ensures that her and everyone around her provides quality care for each patient seen. Outside of work she enjoys being with her partner and pets or visiting her family!

Sabrina joined our team in 2023 and had previously attended University of Massachusetts Amherst for her bachelors in animal science. She jumped right into a surgical role here with us and enjoys continuing her education within veterinary medicine. During her down time you can find her traveling, ideally to somewhere nice and warm!

Sam came to us with experience in both an emergency room and general practice setting. She enjoys creating trusting relationships with clients by ensuring each patient receives quality care and compassionate handling. Outside of work she enjoys gaming or you may find her doing charity work!

Adele joined our team in 2025, previously attending UMASS Lowell and arrived with experience in multiple different roles including kennel attendant, receptionist and technician. She enjoys learning new skills and when not at work you can find her spending time with her best fur friend Nino!
